BIRTHDAY PARTIES Planning your child’s birthday party can be a big undertaking. We can help reduce the stress, as the Shakopee Community Center has many options to make your child’s birthday party a success.

Make your child’s birthday party special! BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE INFO: ■ All party packages include 14 place settings, and a 2-hour rental of party room ■ Up to 12 kids (plus parents/guardians of birthday child)—additional kids (up to 16 total) $10 each ■ Outside food, drinks, cake are allowed to be brought into the facility—no alcohol is permitted in facility ■ Parties are geared for kids ages 5–10 ■ Packages available Saturdays and Sundays ■ Availability may depend on scheduling, open swim

COMMUNITY CENTER AMENITIES All ages will enjoy the Community Center gym space with multiple program uses. The gyms feature a cushioned hardwood floor with eight adjustable basketball hoops, three volleyball courts, six pickleball courts, and raisable partition. The gymnasium is open seven days a week. The majority of gym time is scheduled for family and individual open gym. This is a time for all ages to come in and enjoy the gym. No “team” activities or half and full courts pick-up games allowed. Individuals may play mini-games at one hoop but are not guaranteed exclusive use of the basket. WALKING TRACK

CC KID’S PLAYTIME Visit the Community Center for a morning of fun! Bring your clean trikes, riding toys, or play items to use in addition to what is provided. A parent or guardian is required to be in the gym with their children. THE LOOKOUT At The Lookout ,we believe in creating a fun and safe environment where children can unleash their imagination and energy. Our spacious indoor playground is designed for kids 10 and under, featuring a variety of exciting play zones, interactive games, and creative activities. Whether you’re planning a birthday party, looking for a day of family fun, or simply need a warm place for your little one to explore, we’ve got it all! Bring your little explorers to The Lookout- where everyday is an adventure.

Overlooking the gymnasium is a three lane walking/jogging track. The track is equal to approximately 14 laps per mile. There is no charge to use the track. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or adult. Please sign in at the front desk. Strollers are permitted to use the inside lane of the track from 10 to 11 a.m. and 3 to 5 p.m. daily.

BRING A FRIEND DAY! On the first Wednesday of each month, Community enter members are encouraged to bring a friend to the Community Center to try out the facility’s classes, equipment, and programs—for FREE! It’s a great way to introduce your friends to all the Community Center has to offer.
