ADULT SPORTS
CO-REC VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE Get your team together for our adult co-rec volleyball league. This non-officiated league will play on Friday nights with each team playing one to two games per night at Sun Path Elementary or Eagle Creek Elementary. Players must be at least
ADULT SOFTBALL LEAGUES Women’s Softball Games are played on Tuesday evenings at Tahpah Park. Approximate total cost per team is $600. Co-Rec Softball Double-header games are played on Monday evenings. Approximate total cost per team is $900. Men’s Softball Double-header games are scheduled on Wednesday or Thursday evenings. Class E plays on Wednesdays, and Class D plays on Thursday evenings at Tahpah Park. Approximate total cost per team is $900. HOW DO I REGISTER? Teams from 2019 will receive their registration packet via email. If you are a new team or manager, please email Sherry Dvorak at sdvorak@ShakopeeMN.gov to have a registration packet sent to you. The packet includes information on how to register your team online. Teams interested in playing in the 2020 adult softball leagues must follow these procedures: • Teams that played in the 2019 summer season must register in the respected league between Feb. 2-19. Team activity fee of $375 must be paid at the time of registration. Remaining fees will be collected at a later date. • Any new team interested in playing in the 2020 league may register beginning March 4. Remaining fees will be collected at a later date. • All registered teams must attend the manager’s meeting for the league for which they are registered. Dates will be listed in team confirmations. ADULT PICKLEBALL Interested in playing one of the fastest growing sports? The Community Center offers open pickleball times. Nets and basic equipment available; however, participants are encouraged to bring their own paddles and balls. Wear comfortable clothing and white-soled tennis shoes.
