Description Upgrade the gravel parking lot to bituminous, reconstruct ADA compliant trail, replace dock, replace retaining walls and other park amenities.
Justification By upgrading the lot, this will help with ADA parking lot requirements which will provide easier access to trails for individuals with accessibility issues. The existing trail is non-ADA compliant. The existing infrastructure is at the end of its useful life.
