Description Internal and external work to resolve foundation concerns at Fire Station #1.

Justification During the remodel of Fire Station #1 multiple areas of concern were located within the foundation of the facility stemming from drainage issues and moisture leaking into the building. The immediate issues were addressed as part of the remodel project but a more comprehensive review and solution needs to be in place to preserve the long-term use of the facility.
