The City’s investment in capital assets for its governmental and business type activities as of December 31, 2021, amounts to $278,562,530 (net of accumulated depreciation). Major capital assets events during the current year included the following:

Developer contributed assets of streets, sanitary sewer and storm sewer at Windermere South, Canterbury Crossing, Valley Crest, Summerland, Whispering Waters, and Hentges Industrial Park. Construction of the Quarry Lake mountain bike trail.

   

Vehicle replacements in police, streets, park, sewer and storm. Memorial park bridge and various other parks around the city Ridge Creek Park boardwalk and storm improvements.
