SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS Special Revenue Funds are used to account for the proceeds of specific revenue sources designed to finance particular activities as required by law or administrative regulations. Economic Development Authority (EDA) Fund (2190) accounts for the activities of EDA, which is comprised of the five members of the City Council.
